34 Rashtriya Rifles Holds Medical, Veterinary Camp for Gujjar-Bakarwal Community in Mandobal, Kulgam

The 34 Rashtriya Rifles organised a medical and veterinary camp at Mandobal Closure Ground in Kulgam under Operation Sadbhavana, bringing essential healthcare and veterinary assistance closer to the local Gujjar and Bakarwal communities.

The camp focused on addressing the healthcare needs of residents while also providing veterinary services for livestock, which forms an important part of the livelihood of many families in the area.


The outreach also provided an opportunity for Army personnel to interact directly with local residents and understand their concerns and requirements.


Locals Appreciate Army Outreach


Residents expressed appreciation for the initiative and thanked 34 Rashtriya Rifles for bringing medical and veterinary services closer to their homes.


An elderly local resident, a woman and a teenage resident also shared their appreciation for the initiative in video bytes recorded during the camp.


The residents highlighted the usefulness of having healthcare services available closer to their community and appreciated the Army's efforts to reach people living in the remote area.

Beyond the medical and veterinary services, the camp also served as a platform for direct interaction between the Army and the local community.
